Warrick Ranch has a great setting in the Bears Paw Mountains.  Herds of Elk & Deer frequent the varied terrain. The ranch consists +/- 3019 deeded & 580 state lease acres of grass meadows, pastures, and tree lined hill sides and mountains.  The ranch has good stock water with 3 smaller and 1 larger reservoir that has been stocked with fish in the past.  There is an older hunting cabin, Quonset and miscellaneous older out buildings on the property.  The County road runs through the north east corner of the ranch providing good access.  The property is located 60 miles south west of Chinook, 45 miles south of Havre, or 40 miles south east of Big Sandy, Montana.
